White tea Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) is a delicate white tea made from young, downy buds. The dry leaf is covered in fine silver fuzz; the infusion is very pale, almost champagne-coloured, with a light, silky body and gentle notes of fresh hay, cucumber, and soft florals.
