At D&Tea (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"), we want you to be delighted with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements when you shop at dandtea.store (the "Site").

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Returned items must be in their original condition. Please include your order number and any relevant details when contacting us.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item—simply contact us at hello@dandtea.com or through our other customer service channels with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed immediately upon confirmation of the issue—no need to wait for a return shipment.
